The Ideal Candidate
- Has a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Is physically fit, able to lift equipment and operate high-pressure hoses.
- Has excellent communication skills for understanding technical cleaning requirements and reporting issues.
- May have prior experience as a hygiene operative or in a food manufacturing environment.
- Can adapt to working in different environments and use the appropriate PPE.
- Can work under pressure while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled daily cleaning tasks across various areas of the factory.
- Strip down and clean machinery, machine heads, and other equipment parts.
- Clean processing equipment, including trays, tools, and production lines.
- Maintain high hygiene standards in preparation areas and deep clean production spaces as required.
- Perform post-cleaning checks to ensure all areas meet hygiene requirements.
- Comply with company Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures at all times.
- Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used and functioning correctly.
- Work effectively under time pressure to meet daily cleaning deadlines.
- Report any incidents, issues, or environmental concerns to your line manager.
