Come see for yourself!At the level of Principal EEG Technologist it is expected that the individual show self-direction and This is a part-time EEG technologist position at telemetry EEG lab at the UCLA  Medical Centers. This position may require you to rotate to other and our future UCLA sites as well. It is expected that the individual be capable of performing routine and long-term EEG setup, with minimal supervision.  The basic rudiments of EEG acquisition should be second nature.  Artifact detection/elimination skills should be adequate.  The technologist should be able to describe EEG findings in a review style format, to assist physicians in preparing EEG data, and to be flexible enough to learn new protocols i.e. Adult and Pediatric Telemetries, ICU continuous EEG, Outpatient, Portable Studies.  A minimum of three years of experience in the related fields is required for the PRN EEG title.
