Key Responsibilities
- Execute tests as directed by the Test Team and provide prompt feedback on results
- Maintain and support software test equipment and systems
- Reproduce customer issues and gather relevant logs
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Three A-Levels or equivalent (and GCSE English and Maths) OR significant/relevant work experience
- Ability to follow instructions and directions
- Familiarity with Android as a user
- Effective team player
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Android or Linux
- Experience in a customer support role
- Previous team working experience (e.g. school, college, university, clubs, or sports)
