Position Overview:
As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We are seeking a skilled ADAS Regional Director to oversee operations across multiple locations. This role combines hands-on calibration expertise, people leadership, and operational oversight to ensure safe, accurate, and timely calibrations in alignment with OEM and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop ADAS technicians across the region.
- Audit work for OEM compliance and company quality standards.
- Partner with managers/estimators to identify, estimate, and schedule calibrations.
- Perform complex/overflow calibrations when needed.
- Manage calibration tools/equipment readiness.
- Deliver training, competency checks, and track KPIs.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years automotive technical experience with ADAS calibrations.
- Proven ability with OEM static/dynamic calibration methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license & regional travel required
- Proficiency in using ADAS calibration equipment such as alignment systems, scan tools, and OEM-specific software.
- Knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, sensors, and computer systems.
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety systems and how they function in relation to collision repairs.
- Ability to follow detailed manufacturer calibration procedures and instructions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring vehicle safety standards.
- Preferred: I-CAR/OEM ADAS certifications, shop workflow knowledge, Lean/process improvement.
- Experience working in a collision repair shop or automotive service center
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including outdoors or in repair shops.
