We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisors with automotive experience. Initially, this is a short term 8-12 week project in Casa Grande, AZ for our client, which is a global EV car manufacturer.
This position will start as contract and will most likely transition to a full time employee with our client, Lucid Motors. Candidates would need to relocate to AZ upon becoming an employee of Lucid. This is a good opportunity to become part of a growing global automotive team.
We offer competitive compensation plus a per diem for travel/lodging.
This is onsite, no remote.
The project will be starting around Mid -Late September.
We’re seeking a Logistics Supervisor who is passionate about coaching, process improvement, and supporting a positive, empowering workplace for everyone. This role involves leading a diverse team of up to 25 staff, launching new plants and/or products in an automotive manufacturing environment, and partnering with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Packaging, Engineering, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.

Oversee daily material handling functions and facilitate smooth material flow across departments.
Use lean manufacturing practices to ensure efficient operations and effective introduction of new parts.
Support the implementation of process and engineering changes through strong communication and planning.
Ensure your team’s safety and maintain all documentation up to date.
Lead briefings, communicate clear objectives, and foster open, effective dialogue.
