Job Description:

This role is based in Boulder, CO.

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business and nurture existing relationships. In this role, you'll identify and engage potential clients, support inbound leads, and reconnect with inactive clients. Your contribution will be vital in supporting our sales team with strategic lead generation, relationship-building, and data-driven approaches to accelerate growth across our specialist markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and market intelligence
  • Qualify and engage with inbound prospects efficiently to advance them through the sales pipeline
  • Reconnect with past clients who have become inactive, creating opportunities to rebuild valuable relationships
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads and prospects for targeted outreach
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement innovative lead generation strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Analyze lead generation performance and client re-engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness
  • Stay current on industry developments and market trends to ensure our outreach strategies remain relevant and competitive
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles within the natural products, wellness, or sustainability sectors
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with health-conscious brands, retailers, and industry stakeholders
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in the fast-paced natural products marketplace
  • Demonstrated interest in natural, organic, and sustainable products with understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences
  • Analytical mindset to identify opportunities within the evolving natural products ecosystem
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms to track and nurture prospect relationships
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on promoting healthier products and practices
  • Ability to translate complex product benefits into compelling value propositions for potential clients
  • Commitment to continuous learning about emerging ingredients, sustainability practices, and wellness innovations
  • Passion for contributing to the growth of businesses that prioritize health, sustainability, and ethical practices
