Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep
Location: Remote –Columbia OR South Africa
Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus
What you will do:
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM.
- Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team.
- Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
- Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
- Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager.
Requirements
What you need to have before you apply:
- Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B).
- Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month.
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspace.
- Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues.
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools – mainly Excel
