We are seeking a dedicated Buyer to join our team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for program procurement activities to ensure timely and efficient product launches.

Shift Available:

Key Responsibilities:
- Control of assigned, Program Procurement activities specified in PDP and decisions in line with customer demands and category strategies
- Ensure smooth product launches by controlling sourcing results – of quality, on time, in line with financial targets, and maintaining procurement throughout the product life-cycle
- Ensure the cost, quality and on-time delivery of all required goods and materials, under compliance with the respective business plans, budgets and targets
- Initiate and support of proper Make or Buy decisions
- Initiate and support KBS Activities (incl. VA / VE and Kaizen activities)
- Manage the Suppliers within the given programs (Request for Quotes RFQ, change management, contract negotiations, payment queries, dispute resolutions etc.)
- Support strategies and actions to achieve FY (Fiscal Year) cost reduction goals, including PO-to-PO (Purchasing Order) reductions and rebates
- Support accurate and timely reporting of key measurables
- Improve working capital through optimum payment terms
- Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience and Training:
- Minimum of 2-6+ years of experience in procurement ideally in a high mix, low volume environment.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, IFS preferred
