Description
The VP of Business Transformation will lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth, operational excellence, and integration across our two business units: Integrated OEM Solutions and Manufacturing Solutions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role will drive organizational change and deliver measurable improvements in revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the orthopedic medical device sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Transformation Officer to define and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic priorities in orthopedic devices.
- Lead cross-functional programs across both Integrated OEM Solutions and Manufacturing Solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive commercial acceleration initiatives, including customer targeting, pricing optimization, salesforce effectiveness, and improved go-to-market execution for OEM and surgeon-focused partnerships.
- Strengthen manufacturing excellence by improving operational efficiency, optimizing demand planning, and reducing cost-to-serve — while ensuring compliance with quality standards required for medical devices.
- Build and manage project management frameworks to track progress, mitigate risks, and report on key performance indicators for transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to the CTO, CEO, and Board on progress against EBITDA and growth targets.
- Support business unit leaders in evaluating market opportunities, developing new product strategies, and creating financial models to guide investment decisions.
- Act as a catalyst for organizational change by driving alignment, embedding new processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across both business units.
- Define, implement, and monitor all critical value creation initiatives and ensure measurable and successful outcomes against initiative objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, or operations, ideally within medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that delivered financial and operational impact in multi-business-unit organizations.
- Strong background in P&L ownership, financial modeling, and value creation planning.
- Experience working in regulated industries with quality-critical manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage and align executives, business unit leaders, and front-line employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
