Associate Programmatic Director

The Associate Programmatic Director will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing Moroch Digital Solutions’ Programmatic practice. Reporting directly to the Programmatic Director, this role is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution and management of client programmatic campaigns, ensuring excellence in delivery while driving innovation in campaign optimization and reporting.

This role is best suited for a programmatic leader who thrives in hands-on account ownership, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across internal departments to deliver results for clients. The Associate Director will be a trusted partner to both the Programmatic Director and client leads, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance across all programmatic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of client programmatic campaigns, including bid management, optimization, and performance analysis across Display, Video, CTV, Audio, and Native.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for programmatic accounts internally, translating client objectives into actionable strategies and campaign plans, and exhibiting a strong understanding Programmatic’s role in a larger, multi-media strategy.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Analytics, and Planning teams to ensure seamless campaign set-up, tracking, and KPI measurement.
  • Support the adoption and integration of ad tech, AI tools, and automation solutions into day-to-day campaign management.
  • Monitor performance and prepare reporting deliverables, including insights, optimizations, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Represent the Programmatic Department in client and/or internal meetings, showcasing a strong degree of independence and decision-making autonomy on programmatic strategy as it pertains to client needs.
  • Partner closely with the Programmatic Director to implement departmental processes and quality assurance standards, with a focus on efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within programmatic execution and recommend solutions to the Director.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to Programmatic Managers/Buyers, ensuring accuracy in execution, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Stay current with programmatic and digital media trends, sharing knowledge with the team to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
  • Participate in internal cross-departmental committees and other interdepartmental projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in omni-channel digital media planning and buying, with a focus on programmatic.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing accounts and mentoring junior team members.
  • Hands-on expertise with DSPs, including campaign setup, audience building, optimization, and reporting. The Trade Desk experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of third-party tracking, ad servers, attribution models, and measurement methodologies.
  • Expertise in dynamic creative optimizations (DCO) feeds, including the ability to set up, manage and optimize DCO campaigns to deliver personalized ad experiences.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of managing programmatic campaigns for clients in the agricultural and heavy machinery sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.

Location

  • We are open to considering remote employees. Local Dallas-Ft.Worth residents will have the option of a Dallas-based remote or hybrid in-office working environment. 
  • If in Dallas, in-person attendance will be required for some meetings. In general, this role may be asked to travel for client or internal meetings up to 20% of their time throughout a given year.
