Key Responsibilities

  • SEO + Content Strategy: Lead the design and execution of SEO strategies with a strong focus on content planning, topic clusters, and keyword intent.
  • Client Goal Alignment: Understand and align every SEO and content initiative with client-specific KPIs – traffic, lead quality, and revenue.
  • B2B SEO Expertise: Apply a strategic approach to organic growth for B2B brands, focusing on long sales cycles, decision-maker personas, and bottom-of-funnel content.
  • ROI-Driven Implementation: Deliver strategies that are outcome-focused, with a strong understanding of SEO’s impact on ROI and pipeline growth.
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with writers to build content calendars, optimize on-page SEO, and ensure every piece serves a strategic purpose.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs regularly using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, or Ahrefs; provide strategic insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Present performance reports, insights, and strategy updates in a clear, business-friendly language.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate across the SEO and Content teams to develop best practices, training materials, and templates.


You Have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in SEO and content strategy, preferably in an agency or B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research, link building, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven experience working with B2B websites, understanding of funnels, decision stages, and content intent mapping.
  • Comfort with Google Spreadsheets, automations, and tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with basic JavaScript or HTML for better technical 
    collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business problems into content and SEO opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
