  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to on premise and cloud-based applications and services in a timely manner. Conduct basic investigation and follow standards to resolve or escalate.  
  • Monitor systems to optimize performance and uptime to assist with meeting service levels.
  • Provide documentation and logs to Governance team to ensure compliance.
  • Take lead on critical issues and escalate to concerning teams if required.
  • Required to learn and use good time management skills to complete assigned tasks.
  • Update and create new or existing departmental procedures. Monitor for compliance.
  • Assist with compliance of systems through existing standards and procedures. Identify gaps in compliance and remediate in a timely manner.
  • Ability to learn new applications and services quickly. Understand how applications and services can be integrated to work together.
  • Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Exchange on premise.
  • Ability to automate tasks through scripting or use of APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot email delivery issues through telnet.
  • Basic administration of endpoints in Microsoft Intune
  • Create and modify email routing rules in Proofpoint and exchange online.
  • Understanding of business and department processes and how to translate into Cherwell.
  • Create, publish, and maintain relevant support documentation to assist all staff in the quick resolution of their incidents/service requests and enable users to become more self-sufficient. 
  • Ability to patch Windows and Linux servers and operating systems.
  • Expert level knowledge of the Microsoft licensing models and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Electronics.
