Program Supervisor
ST. Louis (West County)
$48,000 - $52,000/year
- Development and submission of all Individualized Support Plans as identified by ISLA administrators.
- Document activities and records level of progress for outcomes as outlined in each participant’s Person Center Plan on a monthly basis.
- Create, maintain and ensure that all required ISLA program documentation is current and complete for all participants. This includes but is not limited to paper and electronic versions to meet ISLA funding source guidelines.
- Adhere to all ISLA department guidelines and paperwork deadlines as outlined by ISLA administration.
- Ensure that participants’ safety is maintained through quarterly emergency drills, participant and employee safety supply inventories and other strategies.
- Maintains consistent and positive communication with guardians and other service providers.
- Provides face-to-face time each week with each participant based on caseload outlined by ISLA administrators.
- This position may require working more than 40 hours each week.
- Monitors ISLA program instructors’ billable and non-billable time. Communicate with ISLA program instructors that may be approaching over 40 hours.
- Provides PTO coverage as outlined by administration.
- Represents Sunnyhill in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred
Required Skills/Abilities & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced (at times stressful) environment.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (use of personal vehicle required)
- Acceptable background checks
