Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP Commerce Cloud and marketplace solutions to support our eCommerce strategy for B2B & B2C.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications, technical documentation, and user stories.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable eCommerce solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including SAP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Responsible for onboarding sellers, API integrations and managing marketplace operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and user satisfaction
- Participate on global cross-functional teams as subject matter expert for SAP Commerce Cloud
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Mirakl Marketpace).
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce systems architecture, administration or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) including product catalog management, order orchestration, and customer experience modules.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Experience with product data management, customer relationship management, and ERP systems within an eCommerce ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
