End-to-End Process Management

· Oversee the entire instructional design process, from analysis and design to development, implementation, and evaluation (e.g., ADDIE or SAM models).

· Establish and maintain standards for training content, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Metrc’s brand and product updates.

· Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics (e.g., learner feedback, completion rates, performance outcomes) to drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with Product Managers and the Training team to ensure training content reflects the latest features of the Metrc web and mobile apps and data products.

· Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align training programs with Licensee onboarding and adoption goals, enhancing user proficiency and satisfaction.

· Work with compliance teams to ensure all training materials meet cannabis industry regulations, including data privacy and auditability standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Present training strategies and outcomes to internal stakeholders and Licensees, securing buy-in and ensuring alignment with business and user needs.

· Communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts in clear, user-friendly training content, accommodating diverse Licensee audiences across U.S. jurisdictions.
