Urgent Disconnect Analyst na Conservice

Wage: $15.30 per hour, plus performance based pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: In-Office Logan Ut

Overview

The disconnects team has two main purposes - work to prevent the disconnection of our client's utilities, and restore services as soon as possible if they are disconnected. Our team takes pride in being the last line of defense to keep the lights on for our customers. 

 As a member of the disconnects team, you will leverage the knowledge of Conservice processes, build relationships with other teams, and be empowered to resolve issues for our clients. We offer a full training experience to teach you the basics and set you up for success!

Responsibilities

• Work with utility providers over email, calls, and online portals to:
• Gather bills
• Submit payments
• Verify that accounts are active
• Collaborate with others to improve processes to reduce the number of disconnected services.
