Title: Residential Counselor
Pay Range: $20 - $23
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 3PM - 11PM

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop trust and rapport, supporting residents’ emotional and psychological growth.
- Implement individualized care plans and promote positive behavioral changes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and adapt treatment strategies and support residents’ life skills.
- Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care.
- Active MAP certification or ability to obtain one within first 180 days of employment
- Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
