We are seeking a Senior Partner Productivity Manager, to accelerate pipeline growth, retention, and marketing performance across Acumatica’s Value-Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem. This role will partner with high-potential VARs to strengthen their go-to-market engines—from lead generation through to closed-won opportunities—by diagnosing gaps, implementing improvements, and embedding best practices. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, velocity, and sustainability of partner-sourced opportunities and revenue.
This role reports to Partner Productivity Director.
Primary Job Responsibilities & Estimated % of Time Spent
- Partner Engagement & Diagnostics (30%)
- Work directly with high-potential VARs to assess gaps in marketing, retention, and sales productivity. Provide hands-on guidance to improve pipeline contribution.
- Framework & Playbook Development (20%)
- Build scalable, repeatable frameworks, campaigns, and processes that VARs can adopt to consistently generate high-quality opportunities.
- Pipeline Analysis & Optimization (20%)
- Track, measure, and optimize partner funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won). Deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Retention & Lifecycle Productivity (15%)
Support programs that strengthen customer retention, upsell, and expansion across the partner ecosystem. - Community Building & Best Practice Sharing (10%)
- Facilitate a community of VAR leaders to drive collaboration, peer learning, and shared growth strategies.
- Representation & Advocacy (5%)
Represent Acumatica externally with executive presence at events, summits, and partner forums.
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field (Degree not a prerequisite, but an advantage).
3 years of experience in Modern Marketing Pipeline & Funnel operation, B2B SaaS business, channel-driven business model or productivity enablement.
5 years of experience with VAR/channel ecosystems strongly preferred. Ownership of execution of Marketing initiatives leading to attributable opportunity-sourced growth for a software company.
- Strong understanding of marketing & sales funnels (ICP, TOFU, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Closed Won).
- Familiarity with martech tools, attribution models, and automation platforms.
- Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns partners can replicate.
- Executive presence with ability to influence VAR CMOs/Marketing Directors.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to tie activity to outcomes.
- Clear, confident communication and presentations skills with both partner marketing teams and executives.
- Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, events) partners can replicate.
- Strong relationship-building skills with VAR leadership.
- Hands-on approach to diagnose partner gaps and implement improvements that directly drive pipeline growth.
- Build and scale repeatable frameworks and playbooks partners can adopt independently.
- Measure, report and continuously improve marketing performance metrics tied to opportunity creation and conversion.

For this role, the salary range is $145,000-$155,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
