Nuspine Chiropractic (NC) is seeking a Call Center Representative. This is a remote position and perfect for someone who wants more than just a job — they want a work home.

What We're Looking For

You will be the first impression for both new and existing patients, handling everything from scheduling new patient appointments to helping patients better understand their oral surgery needs — with empathy, accuracy and a can-do attitude.

Key Duties Include:

  • Handle incoming calls: appointment scheduling, post-op questions, referrals and more
  • Operate telephones and messaging systems to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
  • Seize opportunities to schedule every patient that calls, even if this means calling the hesitant patient back the next day
  • Greet patients with warmth and efficiency over the phone
  • Memorize and use scripts effectively both over the phone and in person but intuitive enough to adjust the conversation when the patients needs call for a more personal or empathetic approach.
  • Accurately file, scan and maintain records.
  • Provide information about the practice, such as location of offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Coordinate with sister offices as needed.
  • Candidate must have a patient satisfaction driven mindset
  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Successfully create, view, and learn topics on our learning management system

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with the team, sister offices and referral offices
  • Must be reliable, have a desire for excellence and trustworthy
