Job Description
BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Manager II in the Tactical Aircraft (TacAir) product line. This Manager will lead our Program Quality Engineers on production and development programs in New Hampshire. Oversight shall include, but not limited to, ensuring customer contract requirements are met, quality assurance, continuous process improvement, and lifecycle management. The role will be involved in writing Basis of Estimate, supporting proposals, Development, Production, Sustainment and/or Non-recurring Engineering Programs. The individual will work closely with the Customer, Program Management offices & Supplier Quality Teams along with other critical functions to provide world class program execution. Additionally, support corrective actions using quality science tools via 8D methodology.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

- Understanding of Quality Science tools (APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma)
- Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement, and a demonstrated history of leadership
- People management experience
- Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
