We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
• Support the development and implementation of digital client onboarding solutions leveraging AI
• Act as product owner within an agile team, participating / leading agile ceremonies, writing detailed business requirements, and partnering well with tech to ensure development aligns with the product vision
• Partner with AI/ML, engineering, legal, compliance, and UX teams to build agentic AI components
• Collaborate across AML, operations, risk, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and stakeholder buy-in
• Ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
• Define KPIs and feedback loops to continuously measure, learn from, and optimize onboarding performance
• Maintain a high standard of risk management, privacy, and ethical AI practices in collaboration with relevant internal control functions
Detailed salary information:
• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $157000 to $205000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
• experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
• extensive experience writing user stories and customer journeys
• analytical and innovative mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of client onboarding journeys, regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), and process redesign methodologies
• technical expertise / familiarity with agentic AI systems a plus
