Part-time Custodial Worker na Intermediate District 287

Intermediate District 287 is looking for part-time Custodial Workers throughout the district!

Custodial Workers are responsible for performing custodial tasks involving building and equipment maintenance (operational and remedial) as well as cleaning and providing general maintenance of District buildings.

Position Details:

• Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Location: New Hope or Richfield

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is based on SEIU Local 284 Salary Schedule Grade I: $20.49 - $21.76 per hour
• This position is part-time and is not eligible for benefits

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for a clean and orderly building in compliance with standards and regulations. 
• Physical Requirement: Employees appointed to positions in this class must have adequate physical strength, stamina, physical agility and visual and auditory acuity and must maintain such physical fitness as to be able to perform the duties of the class.

Incumbents in this class may be required to lift moderate to heavy weights and may be exposed to significant levels of dust, heat, noise, extreme weather conditions and risk of injury from equipment and assaultive and/or abusive students.
