Compensation: $5000.00 per school year (Paid in June)
Hourly rate (anticipated 4 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
This role focuses on connecting students with meaningful career experiences by coordinating internships and strengthening partnerships with community organizations. The individual will expand career opportunities, provide support to students and host sites, and ensure all logistical and compliance requirements are met.
Core Responsibilities
- Connect and coordinate meaningful career experiences with community partners.
- Expand partnerships in alignment with student career interests and in-demand industries.
- Provide ongoing support to student interns and host sites.
- Manage required paperwork for paid and unpaid internships (e.g., CORI, MOU, Evaluations).
- Design, distribute, and present internship opportunities to students in classes, at events, and through school communications.
- Collaborate closely with the C3 Director and CTE Director to align opportunities with school and district goals.
Community Partner Engagement
- Collaborate and support existing partnerships with local employers, nonprofits, and institutions.
- Conduct an ongoing feedback Cycle with internship host sites.
Additional Responsibilities
- Connect students with employment opportunities through MassHire and other partners.
- Assist students with résumés, interview preparation, and career readiness.
- Create and maintain the internship webpage through Naviance.
- Manage student portfolios and track internship progress.
- Adjust and build courses and schedules as needed and available to accommodate the internship schedule.
