Internal Job Description and Profile
Key Accountability/Responsibilities:

· Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the client’s

deadline;

· Maintenance and organisation of the back warehouse section;

· Working with ensure customer satisfaction;

· Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas for the preparation of bottle orders and

cleaning of coolers;

· Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders;

· Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organisation;

· Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

Skills and Knowledge:

· High school diploma;

· Experience in the field is an asset;

· Bilingual (French and English - spoken and written);

· Excellent interpersonal communication, must be organized;

· The candidate must be responsible, independent, dedicated and motivated with a good team spirit;

· Computer knowledge, an asset;

· The candidate must be able to lift loads of 25 lbs. and more, if necessary.
