Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals and global market practices.
- Design a structured annual salary review process, including salary structure reviews, merit increases, and bonus calculations, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive job architecture, including career levels, progression pathways, and grading frameworks.
- Conduct regular benchmarking analyses to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to determine equitable salary offers for new hires, promotions, and client RFPs.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend program enhancements.
- Manage global employee benefits programs (e.g., pensions, healthcare), ensuring regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.
- Evaluate and negotiate benefit contracts with providers for cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Oversee third-party Employer of Record (EOR) providers globally.
- Monitor legislative changes and market trends to ensure compliance and recommend updates.
- Communicate compensation and benefits programs clearly and consistently to employees.
- Provide guidance to HR, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation policies, job levelling, and total rewards.
- Support training initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive information.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in global compensation and benefits, with expertise in UK, ROI, and AMERS regions; APAC experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with global employment laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structure design.
- Experience managing diverse benefits programs, including pensions and healthcare.
- Proficiency in compensation survey tools and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in compensation and benefits are advantageous.
