A Sales Operations Manager should ensure that your sales processes and teams are operating optimally.

GTM Strategy and Territory Design

  • Drive GTM Strategy and Planning regional discussions providing data analytics, actionable insights and operational leverage to ensure its success. 

  • Apply financial modeling and business analytics to develop forward-looking projections of potential business decisions and the resulting impact.

  • Facilitate the structure of intended territory composition and attributes to sellers across the organization.

  • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and customer trends.

  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts

Territory Growth and Optimizing Selling Capacity

  • Analyze sales performance, using data to identify trends and characterize opportunities. 

  • Work closely with senior sales leaders as a key partner to enable sales territory viability.

  • Provide the Americas organization with the reporting and insights they need to drive results per territory.

  • Become an expert in your region’s business, maintaining a forward looking view to identify growth opportunities.

Run the Business 

  • Document, develop and implement sales processes improvements for sales teams  in coordination with Operations Theater Leaders..

  • Responsible for the analysis, forecasting, and dashboarding leveraging tools such as  Excel, Google, Clari and Salesforce. 

  • Build QBR data packs and planning materials,  providing data-driven insights to Americas leadership

  • Define and refine processes, ensuring high-quality, accurate, robust reporting and analysis.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales/channel, marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure the success of the businesses globally.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy and working with executive stakeholders.

  • Organized and detail oriented with exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to convey complex analyses through effective data storytelling. 

  • Leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as analytic, and problem-solving skills to resolve regional issues. 

  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across various business units to advance project initiatives. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading a BI, Analytics, Data, or a similar team.

  • Excellent skills in building and maintaining dashboards to generate insights for stakeholders.
