WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time, may require shift or weekend work- Three month contract
PAY RATE
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Install and configure IT equipment, perform PC refreshes, new hire deployments, PC moves, and device retirements.
Reimage laptops while maintaining chain of custody and perform basic inventory management.
Diagnose and resolve software/hardware incidents across Windows 10/11, Office applications, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Install new customer hardware such as monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and troubleshoot office printers.
Process daily/weekly/monthly high-capacity print requests and maintain printers.
Create/modify Active Directory groups, state user accounts, and service accounts for application development.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Schedule and maintain appointments with customers via email, IM, or phone.
Provide end-to-end ownership of assigned tickets, including problem analysis, fixes, and escalation as needed.
Accurately document and update requests in the IT service desk system.
Deliver first-class customer service and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Support project-based activities such as hardware distribution or network equipment installation.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and update documentation when directed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2+ years of technical support experience
2+ years of Active Directory experience
Technical training in the computer field (preferred)
Experience solving computer-related technical problems
Familiarity with company escalation procedures and policy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
