Job Description:

Transnational Education (TNE) Associate is a central group role within Navitas, reporting to the Senior Consultant Transnational Education. The role will support identification, evaluation and implementation of growth opportunities in Transnational Education, in alignment with Navitas’ strategic priorities. The role will assist in research, analysis, reporting, and project coordination to help expand Navitas’ TNE operations and partnerships.

The role is highly analytical, involves working with organized and unorganized data, with the aim of informing decisions. The individual in this role leads by example in driving a corporate culture of inclusion, collaboration, creativity, positivity, and high performance.

Key Result Areas

TNE opportunity identification and assessment

  • Conduct and support market research to identify emerging trends, market needs, and opportunities within the global transnational education sector.
  • Analyze regional and global education landscapes, competitor strategies, and student demographics to support business development strategies.
  • Assist in compiling market reports, competitor benchmarking, and other research documents for internal and external stakeholders to aid decision-making.

TNE Business Development

  • For identified opportunities, assist in gathering data and in the development of commercial and financial models.
  • Provide research and logistical support for the creation of business proposals and presentations for growth opportunities.

Growth Opportunities of existing TNE campuses

  • Participate in strategic reviews and performance improvement projects across existing portfolio and assist in identifying and validating growth opportunities.
  • Assist in creating a well-researched, data backed and clear narrative for senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  • 1-3 years of work or internship experience in a corporate, consulting, research, education, or related environment
  • Exposure to research, data analysis, or project coordination tasks (academic or professional)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to work with data sets and presentations
  • Interest in international education or higher education sectors
  • Well-developed problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables
  • Ability to think logically and coherently
  • Articulate, highly motivated, disciplined, team-orientated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A “can do” mentality

This position is open to remote candidates across India; Mumbai-based applicants are preferred.
