Help shape the future as a Digital Journey Specialist.
NRMA Insurance has been helping Australians with their general insurance and actively supporting communities for 100 years. Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we’re proud to be one of Australia’s most iconic brands.
Your Role
Part of NRMA Insurance’s Digital Experience Shopfront squad — a cross-functional team responsible for the digital entry point to our quote and buy journeys, your role holds end-to-end accountability for optimising the online customer journey from landing to quote initiation, with a strong focus on driving quote starts and contributing to overall business growth. You’ll own and manage the digital backlog, prioritising initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and data-driven insights.
Success in this role is grounded in your ability to think analytically and act decisively. You'll be expected to leverage qualitative and quantitative inputs (analytics, heatmaps, customer research, A/B tests) to define, validate, and iterate on digital product enhancements. The role calls for a hands-on approach to managing experimentation, backlog grooming, change delivery, and continuous optimisation to improve traffic quality, conversion performance, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and fellow product specialists to align on roadmaps and bring initiatives to life. Acting as the bridge between product and technology, you’ll ensure alignment across stakeholders and keep customer experience at the heart of every decision. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-led, commercially-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.
This is a Max Term Contract opportunity, and we welcome applicants based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Naarm (Melbourne), and Gadigal Country (Sydney)
