Role Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain the calibration schedule, ensure timely calibration of equipment, and perform internal verification of sensors and devices when applicable.
- Perform visual and functional checks before, during, and after assembly to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Detect deviations or defects during inspections and record them accurately, including relevant details for corrective actions.
- Fill out calibration logs, inspection reports, and checklists with precision, ensuring all required data is captured and traceable.
- Communicate detected issues to relevant teams and track the resolution process to ensure timely and effective responses.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Engineering studies in Mechanics, Quality, Materials
- Knowledge in Quality Referential (ISO9001, IATF16949) is a Plus
- Expierence in Quality tools like FMEA, 8D, statistical process control.
- Metrology, DOE, Measurements, quality controls, etc.
- Basic metrology knowledge: Understanding of calibration standards, measurement uncertainty, and traceability.
- Sensor and device handling: Familiarity with common industrial sensors (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) and their verification methods.
- Inspection techniques: Visual inspection, dimensional checks, and functional testing.
- Use of measurement tools: Calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Understanding technical drawings and schematics
- Solid English in written and speaking (German is optional).
The gross salary acc. to collective labour agreement (EEI) is planned at EUR 2.500,- per month for fulltime 38,5 hours per week (14x p.a.).
