About the Role
Conduct monthly meetings with installers and apprentices to review KPIs, goals, workflow changes, and communication.
Ensure Certificates of Completion (COCs) are accurate, collected on time, and payments are submitted promptly.
Maintain clear communication with customers to support smooth installation processes.
Review ADP system entries for accuracy and address discrepancies with team members.
Oversee scheduling to ensure realistic completion timelines and make adjustments as needed.
Delegate project coordination tasks to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Complete contract reviews and promptly address change orders.
Attend scheduled meetings and provide updates to the Account Manager.
Update paysheets for current and upcoming jobs and upload to Buildertrend.

What you Bring
1+ years of experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, or superintendent
Strong knowledge of construction practices
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
High standard of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus
Ability to review schedules, contracts, change orders, and project details with accuracy
Familiarity with ADP, Outlook/Zoom, and Buildertrend is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to pass a background screening

- Monday - Friday (Weekends may be required based on business needs)
