  • You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on experience with:
  • Supporting day-to-day safety operations through interactions with front-line team members through to executives across a whole range of different departments.
  • Reviewing, analysing, and reporting safety data.
  • Helping to maintain and improve our Safety Management Systems.
  • Supporting safety reviews and audits.
  • Working in partnership with key stakeholders to further develop and implement policy, systems, procedures and education programs.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • We’re looking for someone who has recently completed (or close to completing) a tertiary qualification relevant to Workplace Health & Safety, who is eager to learn, passionate about people, and genuinely keen to help create a safe and happy workplace. You will need:
  • A friendly and positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge and skills in safety processes, legislation, and standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (and an ability to learn IT systems).
