What’s the job?
Reporting to the Project Manager, The Content Developer will provide support in the development and review of on campus and online course materials. The role will work closely with the Futures Team & academic staff to ensure that on campus and online course material is developed in line with the development schedule, and is reviewed to comply with relevant standards.
Day-to-day accountabilities:
Develop & write the relevant course materials in conjunction with the writer’s brief provided
Ensure course material developed meets regulatory requirements and can be reutilised for different in-takes as well as for VET / HE delivery
Ensure material is developed and delivered within the timeframes of the content development schedule
Assure that material is reviewed in compliance with relevant AQF standards, within compliances set by appropriate professional bodies, and as appropriate to the course and subject scope
Write, review and edit assessment briefs, assessment tools, and assessment rubrics.
Act in line with Torrens Global Education (TGE)’s Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative requirements
Maintain appropriate conduct at all times including acting in line with the TGE’s Movement, Spirit and belief

This is casual position with flexibility to work hybrid and from a campus near you.
Who you are
To be successful in this role you will have:
Familiar with e-learning principles and AQF framework
Extensive experience in writing educational material and/or comprehensive industry experience
Relevant Tertiary qualifications
Ability to perform well and deliver high quality work in a high pressure environment
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
