About the role:
MSS Security is looking for a Security Site Supervisor to work onsite at our prestigious client site. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Site Supervisor, to work with a high performance team and coordinate security services on site.
Your key Activities include and not limited to:
Providing day to day supervision of guard force on site.
Ensuring all new employees are fully inducted in accordance with company policy.
Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions
Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance
Acting as a point of contact between client liaison and the MSS operations team
Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all security related equipment.

Demonstrated experience in Supervisory roles in the Security space
Ability to stay calm and manage a team under pressure
Current ACT Security Licence
Excellent customer service skills with a patient and personable manner
Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
ACT drivers’ licence
Current First Aid certificate and CPR certificate
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer use
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of security procedures
Master licence – 17501687
