About the role

The Sales Associate for Tyro Health is responsible for managing prospective and new customer inquiries, converting prospects into customers, providing product information, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Sales associates serve as a primary point of contact for prospective customers, offering solutions to their needs, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships to foster customer loyalty.


What you’ll do

  • Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and trust.

  • Provide tailored product information and solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through ethical selling and upselling.

  • Accurately process applications and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Deliver best-in-class service before, during, and after the sales process.

  • Stay across product updates, competitor insights, and industry knowledge.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in inbound/outbound phone sales.

  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.

  • General understanding of financial services, payments, and the Australian health industry.

  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience in Health, Banking, or Finance (especially with payments/claiming services).

  • Knowledge of POS systems, KYC/AML requirements, and compliance.

  • Previous exposure to Salesforce.
