This role will directly support faculty dedicated to Parkland and play a key part in ensuring their success. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with Division leadership to create a seamless faculty experience, build connections as a liaison across departments and centers throughout the University, and drive meaningful process improvements. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and highly organized, but also thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PeopleSoft, Microsoft 365, Parkland scheduling systems (Smart Web), and Qgenda, with excellent communication and time management skills. A sharp eye for detail, strong judgment, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role. Participates in conferences.
