? What’s the Role?
We’re hiring Service Managers who are strong leaders, expert multitaskers, and passionate about both people and performance. This role blends hands-on automotive service with team leadership and operational oversight.
As a Service Manager, you’ll direct daily store operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives top-tier service. You’ll be responsible for staffing, training, inventory, compliance, and customer satisfaction—all while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, schedule, and coach store employees
- Conduct performance reviews and manage corrective actions
- Lead weekly team rallies and support career growth
Store Operations
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, inventory, and daily workflow
- Ensure store opens/closes on time and deposits are made
- Maintain store appearance, equipment, and compliance
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure top-tier service
Automotive Services
- Perform brake, suspension, and light drivetrain repairs
- Operate brake lathe and other service equipment
- Diagnose and repair ABS systems
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce PPE and safety protocols
- Report incidents and maintain documentation
- Secure company property and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
? What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- 4+ years of automotive or retail experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work 48 hours per week
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to calculate figures and understand budgets
- Proficiency in PosNet system and Microsoft tools
- Completion of all required CBTs and management training modules
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly service vehicles while managing store operations
- Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crawling
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work in awkward positions
- Clear communication with customers and team
