- On-Call Pay: $150 for scheduled on-call duties

Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Technician in Baton RougeAs a key member of our Baton Rouge team, you’ll provide top-notch service to local businesses, ensuring their HVAC and refrigeration systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Servicing and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines
- Conducting preventative maintenance to minimize system downtime
- Troubleshooting and assessing commercial HVAC systems for optimal performance
- Responding to emergency service calls with professionalism
- Collaborating with our dispatch team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety standards
- Working independently while delivering excellent customer service to Baton Rouge clients
- Fully stocked company service van
- Company-issued iPad and iPhone
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Experience: 3–6 years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Certifications: EPA Certification required; HVAC Journeyman license preferred
- Physical Requirements:
- Climb/descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics)
- Wear required PPE
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility for overtime and occasional travel for training or client needs
- Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks
- Meet enhanced security clearance requirements
- Expertise in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills, tailored to Baton Rouge’s community
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with light commercial equipment; industry software knowledge a plus
