The Lodge is Bucks County’s first Crisis Residential Program, filling a critical gap in local mental health services. As a Resident Aide, you will be fostering Recovery and Wellness in a supportive residential setting by enhancing lives through compassionate mental health support and client engagement.

What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of direct mental health care experience OR equivalent education/training OR 1 year of advocacy/leadership experience as a consumer or family member
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Support and guide guests toward achieving their personal and treatment goals
- Crisis Stabilization- maintaining vigilance and being prepared to respond to a resident's needs and emergencies appropriately
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant personal, familial, social, vocational and cultural information of the guest population.
- Observe, respond and document significant changes in guests’ mental and physical health
- Provide direct assistance to guests in matters relating to finances, community resources and support systems.
- Communicate with members of The Lodge’s Treatment team to ensure support for the individual in treatment and continuity of care.
- Assist in recreational activities/groups.
- Provide transportation and individual support to guests needing off site services as part of their treatment plan
- Administer and monitor medication according to program protocol
