A leading technology company is seeking a Service Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams on a range of sales and service support matters. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!
Service Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal teams to request quote approval requests with specific requirements.
- Communicate with internal organizations from sales, IT, services, and the business center for issue resolution and response.
- Solve a broad range of service/support problems varying in scope and complexity.
Service Support Assistant Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with database tracking and management systems.
- Higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High proficiency in working with Windows OS and MS Office applications, specifically including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with complex and time-sensitive escalations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members, even with constant interruptions.
- Must have a dedicated workspace to qualify for working remotely.
