The Automotive Finance Manager sells new and used car buyers financing and insurance programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in company’s fiduciary responsibilities
- Responsible for offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Responsible for setting a constant pace for vehicle delivery
- Responsible for assuring that deals are fully compliant as set forth by BRAM
- Responsible for maintaining proper PVR (per vehicle retailed) and penetration levels as set forth by management
- Responsible for processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels; responsible for collecting cashable finance contracts and funding
- Responsible for understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Responsible for training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs
- Follows Safeguards Rules and company safety procedures and policies

- Individuals employed in this position must have AFIP and factory certifications
- Individuals employed in this position must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Individual employed in this position must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
- Individual employed in this position must maintain business sold within market area according to factory guidelines and maintains CSI index in accordance to manufacturer’s standards
