We are seeking vigilant, responsible, and safety-minded lifeguards to ensure the safety of our pool patrons. The ideal candidate will enforce all rules and regulations, respond to emergencies with speed and calm, and maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and the pool area.
- Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and administer first aid, CPR, or AED as needed.
- Complete necessary reports for incidents and daily operations.
- Perform routine checks of safety equipment and inspect the facility for hazards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and deck area.
Qualifications:
- Valid Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross).
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
