Job Summary:

The Vice President, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition is a key HR executive responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of Acrisure’s global compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition functions. This role ensures the delivery of competitive and scalable programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent across the organization. This leader partners closely with HR leadership and business executives to align talent strategies with organizational goals, while ensuring compliance, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead enterprise-wide Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition strategies that support business growth and talent needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives on matters related to workforce planning, market competitiveness, recruiting, and employee compensation and benefits.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR function leaders to deliver measurable outcomes and a high-performance culture.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize compensation and benefit programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including workforce forecasting, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations.
  • Use data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, drive improvements, and provide insights to business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment and benefits regulations.
  • Identify and implement technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across talent acquisition and rewards operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to inform strategy and execution.
  • Monitor labor market trends, legislative changes, and HR best practices to keep Acrisure’s programs current and effective.

Requirements

Technology Skills:

  • Expertise in Workday Recruiting for requisition creation, workflow management, and recruiting analytics.
  • In-depth experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including compensation planning, merit cycles, bonus administration, and executive compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits, including eligibility rules, enrollment events, and integration with external vendors.
  • Skilled in creating and analyzing reports and dashboards across Workday’s talent and rewards modules.

Education & Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with deep subject matter expertise in both Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success leading people programs in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of developing innovative, scalable, and compliant people strategies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools, preferably Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
