- Must be 18 years or older
- Driving record: Must have a clean driving record for 3 years prior to date of application (no moving violations etc)
- Valid 1st aid card: must posess or are willing to obtain prior to transporting students through a district provided training
- Background check: must pass nationwide criminal background check
- Fingerprints: Completion and passage of a fingerprint based criminal history verification required upon offer of employment at new employee expense.
- Substance Screening: must pass drug screening (we do test for Marijuana, although legal in Oregon, we receive federal funding therefore remain a drug free workplace) at the District's expense.
- Must possess a valid Oregon Drivers License
- Experience with inclement weather driving conditions
- Available between the hours of 6am to 5pm (other hours outside of these times may be available as well)
- Must comply with State Vaccine mandate - provide proof of vaccination, provide medical exceptions or religious exception
- Ability to pass the Type 10 driver training provided by the District within 2 weeks of start date
- Once passed, all information will be placed on the Approved drivers list with the Oregon Department of Education

Salary and placement will be in accordance with the FY25/26 Classified Agreement's salary schedule Grade B - Salary dependent on verifiable type 10/20 driving experience in similar or like position. This position does receive Health Benefits. The Estacada School District is a drug and alcohol free workplace.
