The role
The People & Talent Partner's main purpose is to support the effective delivery of People and Culture initiatives. This is a comprehensive role with responsibilities across talent acquisition, onboarding, systems management, data reporting, people leadership support, learning and development, and project delivery.
A strong focus is on recruitment, system optimisation, driving employee engagement and culture, and delivering various people-related projects. This role is key to building and shaping our high-performing team by attracting and retaining top talent to ensure our success. The person in this role will work closely with leaders and teams across the business, partnering with the Global People & Culture team to create consistent, tailored experiences for all employees.
Day to day:
Source and attract diverse talent to build a pipeline that meets current and future needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate assessment and interviews to background checks and onboarding.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on team needs and market compensation.
Administer the HRIS (Employment Hero), ATS (Lever) and other systems, ensuring data integrity and generating key reports.
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including planning events and wellness programs.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees.
Support P&C projects related to performance reviews, compensation, and learning and development.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Bring a continuous improvement mindset to all People and Culture activities.
Our ideal MyPasser
Three or more years of experience in a human resources or recruitment role.
Proven experience administering HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
High proficiency in Excel, with experience managing and reporting on employee data.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people at all levels.
A systems and process-oriented mindset and solid project management skills.
The ability to manage sensitive information and data with professionalism, in line with ISO 27001 requirements.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
