About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team within the School of Nursing. In this role you will contribute to teaching, research, and governance activities, with a focus on delivering undergraduate and postgraduate subjects. Responsibilities include teaching, assessment marking, facilitating practical classes and clinical assessments in a simulated environment, and actively supporting workplace experience subjects and placements across the School.
About you
You will be a registered nurse in Australia, meeting the NMBA recency of practice standard, and hold a PhD in nursing or a related field (or have submitted your thesis for examination). With clinical experience in Australian healthcare settings, you will have a strong background in delivering innovative, high-quality teaching at university level. You’ll bring demonstrated success in industry-engaged research, collaboration on multidisciplinary projects, and a strong research profile focused on the healthcare workforce. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to culturally respectful, inclusive practices are essential.
