About the role
- This opening is for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Townsville
- Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
- Complete daily data entry and administration duties and requirements
- Work with spreadsheets and generate reports where required
- Be willing to dedicate your time to diagnosing freight issues in real time by inspecting and investigating freight throughout the Depot and speaking with numerous staff members on the floor
- Dedicate appropriate amounts of time daily towards office administration as well as inspecting and investigating customer queries on the floor and throughout the Depot
- Have a pro-active and strategic mindset to Customer Service by utilising multiple avenues towards problem solving which include liaising with staff, using technology and systems to ascertain appropriate solutions
- Be proactive in repacking any freight according to customer requirements
- Following up on processing Repacks, Damaged and Unidentified Freight
- Coordinating with customers face to face who come in to collect any deliveries

- Time Management – Ability to manage daily admin tasks efficiently alongside operational duties.
- Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet Proficiency – Creating and managing reports.
- Reporting & Documentation – Maintaining accurate records and generating required reports.
