Key Account Manager

Are you ready to take ownership of one of Australia’s most iconic beverage portfolios and drive strategic growth with Woolworths? At Bega Group, we’re passionate about delivering great products and building strong partnerships—and we’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead the charge!

You will play a key role in the beverages team, building and nurturing relationships with the Woolworths buying team.

If you're a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for retail and a knack for building relationships, this is your chance to be part of the team that shapes the future of beverages at Woolworths. 

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with the Woolworths buying team in the delivery of range reviews, effective promotional programs, activation and key events

  • Enhance customer category and account plans with a compelling vision for category growth

  • Management of the milk beverages P&L

  • Execute a joint business plan with Woolworths

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Demand, and Activation teams to bring plans to life

About You

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or similar

  • Proven success in FMCG sales or commercial support roles

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

  • Advanced Excel and systems know-how

  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work autonomously
