Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in industrial maintenance and engineering operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of mechanical systems and equipment across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management:
• Lead and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and utility systems.
• Maintain and update equipment history and maintenance records.
• Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams to minimize downtime.
• Team & Vendor Coordination:
• Supervise and guide technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Liaise with vendors for AMC, warranty claims, and service support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements for equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or process industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and team management skills.
