• Develop Power BI dashboards across Development Center Americas for data driven decision making. 
• Drive data-driven resource, budget and program planning using advanced analytics tools. 
• Simplify root cause analysis for baseline delivery trends (Delivery on time, DoT) based on historic data. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with system engineering, development and integration to translate data insights into improvement actions and plans. 
• Knowledge of business analytics tools driven by AI is a strong plus.
